1. Eligibility for Refund:

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You purchased the wrong product and the license key has not been delivered or activated yet.

  • The license key provided is not working, and our technical team fails to resolve the issue.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

১. রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা:

নিম্নোক্ত পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে:

  • আপনি ভুল সফটওয়্যার অর্ডার করেছেন এবং এখনো লাইসেন্স প্রদান করা হয়নি

  • সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্সটি কার্যকর না হলে এবং আমাদের টেকনিক্যাল টিম সমস্যার সমাধান করতে ব্যর্থ হলে

  • একাধিকবার ভুলভাবে পেমেন্ট হয়ে গেলে

2. Non-Refundable Situations:

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • The license key has already been activated or used.

  • The software does not meet your expectations or you changed your mind.

  • Issues caused by your device, system incompatibility, or internet problems.

  • Software marked as non-refundable or final sale.

২. যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:

  • লাইসেন্স কী একবার একটিভ হয়ে গেলে

  • আপনার কম্পিউটারের হার্ডওয়্যার/সফটওয়্যার জনিত সমস্যার কারণে ইনস্টলেশন সম্ভব না হলে

  • যদি আপনি মনে করেন যে সফটওয়্যারটির প্রয়োজন নেই বা মত পরিবর্তন করেন

  • কোন প্রকার পাইরেটেড বা অবৈধ সফটওয়্যারের জন্য রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়

3. Refund Timeframe:

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of license delivery.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

৩. রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা:

রিফান্ড অনুরোধ অবশ্যই লাইসেন্স ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। সময়ের বাইরে অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

4. Refund Process:

  • After verifying your claim, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be sent via the original payment method.
